Kruger National Park
If you're staying at one of the South Africa safari lodges or guest houses here, then your chances of getting a decent (by African standards) free wifi connection is good.
But if you're staying at a Kruger Park rest camp, then your options are limited to using MTN or Vodacom data at their paid network rates, except for the Cattle Baron restaurant at Skukuza which provides free (albeit very slow) wifi.
Fortunately, WifiOnSafaris provides a way for you to get Kruger National Park wifi data for free on MTN or Vodacom and tests which of the networks are fastest in various KNP rest camps.
You can also view a list of Kruger National Park lodges and accommodation close to southern Kruger with wifi available, including the results of speed tests of their networks...
Addo Elephant National Park
You can get access to free wifi at four lodges within the park boundaries and at a number of guest houses located outside, but within a short driving distance of the entry gate.
The Cattle Baron restaurant at the main camp also provides free wifi when you have a meal and/or a drink, but expect it to be on the slow side.
Here is the list of Addo hotels, lodges and guest houses that have wifi and their included speed test results...
Pilanesberg Game Reserve
This is a relatively small and compact reserve with fifteen different places to stay inside the area ranging from lodges to hotels to self catering accommodation.
Several offer wifi and and there is also resort and guest house accommodation outside but close to the reserve that allow relatively fast web access.

Sabi Sands Game Reserve
There are twenty one safari lodges in this iconic and world-famous reserve, enough to serve most peoples taste and budget.
Some of the lodges here have by choice decided not to make wifi available to their guests to allow them to 'get away from it all', so to speak.
But here is a list of Sabi Sands accommodation establishments that do provide connectivity which will allow you at the very least to access e-mails and social media.
